Foundry flasks for moulding line

 Flask is important tools for foundries using automatic or semi-automatic moulding line. Machined by advanced CNC machines and dimensions controlled by CMM, our products achieve higher accuracy and better interchangeability. The flasks are manufactured with ductile iron, higher grade gray iron, or steel welding, and they have higher rigidity and can bear higher pressure impact. In addition, we design and manufacture different size of customer drawing and technical specification.

packing of flask and pallet car will also be strictly controlled and inspected. The inner cavity of the flask and the external four corners of the pallet car  are supported with four steel bars, and the lower base is supported by a solid iron seat. At the same time, the surface of the flask and pallet car are painted with rust preventing oil,to ensure the appearance of the flask and pallet car. Also, each one is packed with wooden splits, and then wrapped around the surface with plastic film to ensure the packing of them are firm ,stable and dust-proof. Avoid the impact of them caused by the transport rocking.
